Hello all!

As if Steel and our previous friendly on Dustbowl wasnt enough kicking, they have challenged us (using our server IP for the challenge I might add!) to a 6v6 official on Dustbowl for sunday!

/sign if you can play, /sub if you can be a sub

Slot1 - Hez (unless more people who havent played want my slot)
Slot2 - Grem (Heavy)
Slot3 - Toasty (Scout)
Slot3 - Jag (sniper!)
Slot3 - Rob/Poop
Medic - Motiv

Sub - Adel - medic/heavy (yes, really, heavy)

I probably won't be around til later on Sun, but bash 'em again for me!

Unless, as per Hez, someone else who hasn't played wants a slot... happy to sub if so

I'm sure they will be sending an "A" team this time tho...

Poop you should play instead of me, I only signed up as demo because nobody else had so far, and you pretty much need a demo on dustbowl.

I think Poop and Rob should both play... I'm happy to sit it out if you want (the wife wants me to watch some new TV show on Sky at 9)

That would sort of make sense. Toasty can snipe, then, and Rob can go scout instead leaving the demo slot for poop.

Wish I was playing! The Steel round was so short, and stomping on eXs never gets old.


Also: is sourceTV running now? I can observe and record a proper team-wide demo rather than just one person's perspective, if it is.

Let me check if my mic is working first. It died a couple of days ago.

So what happened with this in the end? I take it you weren't able to play with the server down, but is it cancelled? Rescheduled?

Rescheduled afaik. As soon as the server is stable a date will be picked I believe.

Did Multiplay ever say what was wrong with the server?

Something about the log file exceeding the memory available to it? So they said they'd increase the memory afaik...

Not something you expect from a professional company though really
