Server - opinions pls

OK, looking at server options, what do we need? 6v6? 8v8? How many voice slots?

The servers on ED seem to be quite competitively priced, anyone know if they're any good..? (price and performance-wise)

Previously I have used INX-Gaming which seemed ok although some guys living outside the UK said it was a bit slow for them, Ill have a look at the ED server prices but yea, need either 14 or 16 slot really, 16 would be perfect so we can switch between 6v6 or 8v8 depending on what we decide

As for a voice server, we can grab a vent one on the cheap (I currently have one setup, ill pass out the details to everyone, not sure when it runs out tho)

Hmm, lately im getting 200+ pings at doomy's for some reason. So whatever server we pick, let's not have the one similar to Doomy's :p Oh, I'll be more than happy to chip in for the server etc btw :rendeer:

I'm fairly sure I could hunt down some free space on a vent server without too much trouble, if we need. I still have plenty of friends in GW who run servers I could cadge some space on.

As for Grem, most providers have some servers you can play on so before we get something, probably best we all double check everyone is ok connectionwise to them (as was the issue with INX and some guys from Denmark before)

I have no idea about which servers to use

8v8 sounds better in case we need it and can use it for 6v6 rather than be stuck with the lower limit.
